  1. Authoring: Writing a questionnaire or survey on-line.
  2. Publishing: Automatically rendering the survey into HTML, creating a URL (universal resource locator) code for accessing the survey over the Internet, enabling response administration, review services and the report generator.
  3. Linking/Recruiting/Publicity: Linking the survey to your web site and inviting your target consumers via email to take the survey or advertising it on high-traffic websites to attract respondents.
  4. Administration: Conducting the survey over the Internet and recording the results from respondents in PollCat's central database.
  5. Messaging/Notification: Communicating with you via e-mail to provide progress reports and milestones throughout the survey's duration.
