a questionnaire belong to the author of said questionnaire. Except as specifically noted
below, any and all use of copyrighted materials, including but not limited to
reproduction, redistribution, and copying is strictly prohibited without express written

All noted logos, icons, and identifying graphics are considered service marks or
trademarks of PollCat. All system interfaces, layouts, and styles are considered trade
dress of PollCat. Trademarks, service marks, and trade dress are protected by

Limited Use
PollCat grants the limited, nonexclusive right and license to reproduce

following express purposes, provided all property is properly attributed to PollCat:

(b) Linking to surveys produced using PollCat's services
(c) Identifying or referring to PollCat products and services (including reviews and

Locality of Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under and according to the laws of the
State of California. All disputes arising from this contract or from services provided by
PollCat shall be settled in the courts having jurisdiction in the county of Los
Angeles, California.

with changes posted at this location.
